Authors and the late rate. Authors of accepted works who register by
January 10, 2027 pay the early author rate. Registration after that date
is still accepted and the contribution stays in the program, but at the late author rate
— $550 for an abstract, $850 for a paper. At least one author of every accepted
contribution must be registered by the conference.
Early-bird period
Early-bird rates apply through January 10, 2027. Late rates apply from January 11, 2027 to the conference.
Reduced rate by country
A reduced rate is available to participants based in countries that are not classified as high-income by the World Bank — the same eligibility criterion the Complex Systems Society applies to its low-income grants. Cases that do not fit the classification cleanly will be reviewed individually; contact the organizers.
Student registration
The student rate is open to anyone currently pursuing an undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral degree. Proof of current student status will be required at the time of registration.
